The Princess of Wales continued: "Through their portraits and letters, they remind us that no one should have to navigate the perinatal journey alone.
"The exhibition is a testament to the MMHA's core mission; ensuring every family in the UK gets the mental health care and support they need, before, during and after pregnancy.
"'This is Also Motherhood' reminds us that perinatal mental health problems can be overcome.
"Every parent's story matters, and every voice has the power to help build a society where love, hope, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do."

Kate was named patron of the MMHA in 2022, with the charity bringing together more than 100 organisations to ensure women and families facing perinatal mental health challenges get the right care and support.
The princess also unveiled the autumn instalment of her Mother Nature video series, which was distributed on Saturday through Kensington Palace's social media platforms.
The third episode in the quarterly programme features youngsters from Farley Junior Academy in Luton participating in outdoor culinary activities within Windsor Great Park.
The children, who receive support from the charity Go Beyond, joined chef Gill Mellor and the princess for cooking demonstrations.

The series continues to showcase Britain's diverse seasonal landscapes and natural environments, with each episode delving into different aspects of the country's outdoor spaces throughout the year.
Narrating the video, Kate said: "As the days grow shorter and the shadows grow longer, the energy of summer withdraws into Autumn.
"This is a season for reflection and refinement.
"Trees shed their canopies in preparation for winter, just as we too learn to let go of what is no longer needed."
