Princess Beatrice discussed "a number of topics" with the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League aide in Switzerland last Friday.
Mrs Mapelli Mozzi made a discreet appearance at the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 23, which also saw President Donald Trump in attendance.
During her visit, Beatrice held discussions with H.E. Sheikh Dr Mohammed Alissa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and head of the Organization of Muslim Scholars.
The 37-year-old royal, daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, has largely stayed out of the spotlight throughout 2025, though her engagement in Switzerland was captured by photographers.

The Muslim World League wrote on Instagram: "On the sidelines of his participation in the Davos Forum 2026: H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met at his residence with Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice of York.
"During the meeting, a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed."
Princess Beatrice continues to forge her own path on the international stage, despite not holding formal working royal duties like some of her cousins.
The meeting took place one day after her youngest daughter, Athena, turned one on January 22.

The elegant piece featured frilled detailing along the bodice, a collared neckline, structured shoulders and a flowing skirt.
She completed the ensemble with opaque tights and the Ron Lace-Up Winter Boots in black from Tommy Hilfiger, which Beatrice has owned since 2021.
The contrast between the delicate dress and robust boots demonstrated Beatrice's increasingly confident approach to style.

The Davos appearance followed a relaxed countryside getaway the previous weekend, where Beatrice joined her younger sister Princess Eugenie, 35, and a group of close friends.
Celebrity nutritionist Gabriela Peacock shared an image on social media alongside the two York princesses.
Beatrice opted for knee-high wellington boots, khaki trousers, a navy coat and a floppy hat.
The look appeared to channel Sloane Ranger fashion, a term originating in the 1980s describing the upper-class aesthetic associated with London's Sloane Square set, characterised by heritage prints and muted tones.

The sisters' outings come during a particularly difficult period for their family.
Their father, Andrew, was stripped of his royal titles in October and evicted from Royal Lodge, his Windsor mansion, alongside his former wife, Fergie.
Sarah is reportedly considering staying at Eugenie's Portuguese residence while she arranges permanent accommodation, though Beatrice's Cotswolds property has been ruled out.
