The newly released image, captured by renowned photographer John Swannell in July, presents Anne in relaxed spirits at Gatcombe Park.
She appeared cheerfully amused in the picture, positioned beside a window with her hand placed casually on the stone ledge.
Her attire consisted of a striking royal blue garment featuring crisp white accents at the neckline, sleeves and button detailing.
The Princess, renowned for her sustainable approach to fashion, previously wore this same ensemble during a royal foundation event at St James's Palace in early summer.

Her distinctive swept-up hairstyle remains unchanged, styled by her own hand as is her custom.
The recent portrait is one of the few major commemorations Anne has sanctioned, despite the milestone number.
Last month, the Royal Mint produced its inaugural commemorative coin featuring Anne, marking both her anniversary and decades of public service.
This tribute was revealed in July as part of the birthday celebrations.

Additional photographic recognition came through an image by Chris Jackson, distributed earlier this week.
The photograph captures the Princess in formal regalia, including a tiara and evening dress, accompanied her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence.
The King's sister has otherwise chosen to forgo grand public celebrations, opting instead for a quiet day at sea.
She will navigate the waters around Scotland's Western Isles alongside her husband, Sir Tim.

The maritime celebration comes just over twelve months after a serious accident at the same Gatcombe estate where her birthday portrait was taken.
Anne maintains her position as the monarchy's most industrious member, consistently undertaking more engagements than her royal relatives.
Swannell, who also documented her 70th birthday, has an extensive portfolio including portraits of the late Queen's diamond jubilee and Diana, Princess of Wales.
