This is an international marketplace and conference held annually in Banff, Alberta, Canada, typically at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
A Rockie Award is a prestigious international accolade presented at the festival to recognise excellence in global television and digital content.

Guardians, produced by Zandland, the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales, and United For Wildlife, is being nominated in the Short Form Non-Fiction Series category.
The 2026 Rockie Awards ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16 and will be hosted by Allana Harkin.
It is not clear if Prince William will attend the ceremony or if a representative will be sent on his behalf.
The future king's birthday, as well as Father's Day, falls on June 21, just five days after the awards ceremony.

In addition, Trooping the Colour, which celebrates the King's birthday, will fall on June 13, three days before the Canadian event.
As Colonel of the Welsh Guards, Prince William plays a major role in Trooping the Colour, usually riding on horseback in the royal procession.
