Prince Harry will not hold face-to-face reconciliation talks with Prince William and Kate despite his surprise trip to UK.

The Duke of Sussex has arrived at The Royal Courts of Justice in London for a four-day hearing, having brought damages against the publisher of The Daily Mail over alleged unlawful information gathering.

High-profile figures including Prince Harry, Sir Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley have joined together to bring legal action against Associated Newspaper Limited.

ANL has previously described the allegations as "preposterous smears" and "pre-planned and orchestrated attempt to drag the Mail titles into the phone-hacking scandal.

Prince Harry is expected to stay at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor during his unexpected visit to London, which is just a few minutes' walk from his brother, Prince William's, home - Adelaide Cottage.

It is understood The Prince and Princess of Wales have taken their children away from Windsor this week for the start of the Easter Holidays, so any reconciliation meeting with his "arch-nemesis" is unlikely.

The Duke of Sussex detailed an alleged attack from his brother, William, in his memoir 'Spare' and claimed Prince William was his "arch-nemesis" during a promotional television interview ahead of his book's launch.

Kensington Palace have not commented on the allegations, and it's thought Prince Harry has not spoken directly with his brother for a number of months.

A spokesperson for Prince Harry confirmed he is in "email correspondents" with Buckingham Palace over potential plans to attend the Coronation, but it remains unclear if he has accepted an invitation for him and his family.

If the Duke attends with his wife, Meghan and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, it would be the first time they have met their extended family since the publication of Harry's explosive memoir.

It remains unclear if The Duke of Sussex will meet his father, The King, this week.

The King and Queen Consort were due to be in France for the first State Visit of the new reign, but it was postponed last week due to protests in France which were sparked by planned pension reforms.

Buckingham Palace has been approached for comment.
