There is "nothing wrong" with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle partying on Remembrance weekend, a royal commentator declared.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared at two exclusive Beverly Hills gatherings over the weekend, including the Hollywood bash thrown by reality star Kris Jenner.
Defending the couple, royal commentator Jack Stooks told GB News: "I don't feel that where they are they need to be sort of locked away and hidden out of sight.
"I don't think anybody else was from from all the photos I've seen, I think he was the only one with a poppy on."
While the Prince donned a scarlet poppy on his dinner jacket to honour those who have died in conflict, Meghan opted to leave the pin badge behind.
"Meghan was doing nothing wrong. Harry was doing nothing wrong. I mean, Harry wasn't out, you know, on on the 11th, having a massive party," Stooks added.
"Harry's the only member of the Royal Family that's actually currently served in a war. So none of the other Royal Family members have actually served."
The couple served in the British Army for a decade until 2015, during which he completed two tours of Afghanistan and achieved the rank of captain.

He added: "If anything, Harry knows what he's doing.
"He's been there. He's seen he's seen the conflict. He's seen what it's done to people.
"So I don't think that he would have sort of gone out thinking that he doesn't care. He does care very much."
Harry and Meghan were spotted in attendance with a fleet of Hollywood names while at the Beverley Hills bash to celebrate the Kardashian matriarch's 70th birthday.

The Friday before Memorial Day is dubbed "National Poppy Day" and is worn by American to honour the sacritices made by men and women who have served in the military.
Remembrance is held at a different time because the US had declared the day as "Decoration Day" to honour those who died in the American Civil War.
It was later renamed Memorial Day following the Great War to honour all US citizens who gave their life during conflict.
