The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen with their young son at a beach in California, around 10 minutes away from their home.
Prince Archie was taking surfing lessons and received tips from his father.

A source told Hello: "Harry and Meghan were part of a group of parents, they were very down to earth.
"They were so proud of Archie. It was cute to watch - a special family time."
In October 2024, Prince Harry showcased his impressive surfing skills in a remarkable video filmed at Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch in central California.
The footage, shared on professional surfer Raimana Van Bastolaer's Instagram account, showed the Duke of Sussex navigating a 6-foot artificial wave.
The Surf Ranch, located over 100 miles from the ocean in Leemore, features a man-made wave that stretches for up to 2300 feet.
Prince Harry has taken up surfing since moving to California and has appeared in social media posts from people within the US surfing community.

Burgeoning friendships with surfing royalty have accompanied Prince Harry's interest in the sport.
Van Bastolaer, renowned for his big wave surfing in Tahiti, shared the video with a warm caption: "In Tahiti, we still call you Prince Harry.
"But at Surf Ranch, it's my brother. It was an honour to have you surf with me and Kelly Slater".
The Duke has also struck up a strong bond with 11-time World Champion Kelly Slater.
