Prince Harry would love to see King Charles as much as possible, with tensions between the family seemingly thawing, a source has claimed.
Harry had his long-awaited reunion with the King in September when they met at Clarence House, with Harry’s UK security under review, his trips to the UK may become more frequent.
Sources close to the pair have claimed that while Harry is returning to the UK this month for his High Court trial, he will not meet with the King.
The monarch is expected to be at his Scottish residence during the relevant dates, as he typically steps back from official engagements throughout much of January.

However, royal sources indicate the King's absence is not merely coincidental.
Charles reportedly has no desire to be connected with any legal proceedings and would prefer to keep his distance from his younger son on this occasion.
Sources close to the prince have revealed: "He genuinely loved it (seeing Charles at Clarence House). He wants to do more of that. He always loves seeing his father and would love to see him as much as possible."
Harry will return to the UK in the coming weeks as he prepares for his High Court case against Associated Newspapers Limited, the owner of the Daily Mail.
The Duke of Sussex, alongside six other prominent figures, is pursuing legal action against the publisher of the Mail over claims of unlawful information gathering spanning three decades.
ANL, which also operates the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline, firmly rejects all accusations of wrongdoing.

The full trial is anticipated to commence at London's High Court later this month, with preliminary hearings already underway to address procedural matters.
This lawsuit, initiated in 2022, represents one of multiple legal actions the duke has brought against media organisations since 2019, alleging privacy violations, unlawful practices and inaccurate reporting.
The alleged misconduct is said to have occurred between 1993 and 2011.

The trial is expected to run for nine weeks, with costs projected to exceed £38million.
Joining Harry in the legal action are Sir Elton John, his husband David Furnish, actress Liz Hurley, Baroness Lawrence, Sadie Frost, and Sir Simon Hughes.
The group's barrister, David Sherborne, has requested that all claimants be present when proceedings commence as a demonstration of unity.

If Sherborne's request is granted, all will gather in Court 73 for the opening.
The claimants allege that Associated Newspapers Limited employed private investigators to install listening devices in vehicles, obtain private records through deception, and gain access to confidential telephone conversations.
The publisher has firmly rejected these claims, dismissing the accusations as "lurid" and "simply preposterous."
