Prince Andrew’s royal future will be "bleak" amid his "strained relationship with Prince William", according to a royal commentator.
The Prince of Wales, who is first in line to the throne, is said to be considering broader reforms for the monarchy when he ascends.
This includes tightening the Royal Family’s public image and modernising its charitable focus.
Royal commentator Hilary Fordwich claimed to Fox News: "Prince William has long had a strained and distant relationship with Andrew.

"Andrew's future within the Royal Family is beyond bleak, since Prince William is firmly opposed to any public rehabilitation with no foreseeable path back.
"He wants Andrew to vanish from public view."
Prince Andrew has faced intense scrutiny for his association with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein and related allegations, which led to his withdrawal from public life in 2019.
While Andrew has denied any wrongdoing, these connections have cast a shadow over his royal duties and reputation.
Andrew made a surprise appearance alongside the Royal Family at Windsor Castle for Easter Sunday.

Royal commentator Kate Mansey explained that the 42-year-old heir apparent "wants to come away and think, 'I've made a difference there, there's money that's gone into that community centre or there's something that's happened because I went there,' rather than just showing up and shaking some hands."
