LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
Pippa Middleton and James Matthews married in 2017.
GettyThe Matthews' relocation from London to the countryside mirrors a similar move made by Princess Kate and Prince William.
The couple previously owned a six-bedroom Chelsea townhouse spread across five floors, reportedly valued at £17 million, which featured a gym, lift, staff quarters and underground cinema.
Their move to Berkshire echoes the royal couple's decision to leave Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace for Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
During a royal walkabout, Kate explained their reasoning: "We are in Windsor at the moment," adding: "We were in London but moved there for more green space. It's close enough to London, not too far away."
