Author Omid Scobie is set to turn his attention to “made up stories” as he turns his back on the royal establishment, according to Angela Levin.
The royal commentator told GB News that Scobie has “burnt any closeness” with the royal establishment after the release of his latest book, Endgame.
The book featured a series of staggering bombshells and accusations, even lashing out at Princess Kate, whom he dubbed a “stepford wife”.
Speaking to Nana Akua, Angela Levin detailed what’s next for the author as he flocks to the US.

“Omid Scobie is going to live in Los Angeles”, she said.
“He doesn’t mind that he’s burnt his closeness with the Royal Family, and he’s going to write about making up stories. He’s been doing that for some time anyway.

“He’s not going to write about the royals anymore. The royals haven’t allowed him onto the Royal Rota, they understandably don’t want him around.
“He’s going to disappear, but he might make another book, you never know.”
Levin also spoke about the book’s staggeringly low sales after it “bombed” in stores across Britain.
“It’s done very badly”, she said.
“I think it sold 9,000 here. The last year with Finding Freedom he got thousands and thousands and it was very successful.
“A lot is taken from Spare, not copied but slightly manoeuvred.
“He’s used the book to be as nasty as possible about the royals, so he has burnt his bridges.”
Scobie claimed Kate was “uninterested” in forming a bond with Meghan Markle.
“Still, for Meghan, who found much of her time as a working royal a lonely and isolated experience, there was a hope that Kate would be someone she could at least turn to for an encouraging word during her lowest points,” he wrote.
He added: “They were once both outsiders, middle-class women brought into the house of Windsor for unimaginably different lives. Kate, however, was uninterested in forming this kind of bond with Meghan.”
Scobie, who has written about the Royal Family for more than a decade, aid in Endgame that a source told him Kate “can be cold” and she “wasn’t a fan” of Meghan.
