Meghan Markle’s bizarre dancing video, which showed her twerking while heavily pregnant alongside Prince Harry, has demonstrated "nothing" is now off limits, according to a royal expert.
The Duchess of Sussex published the throwback video to mark the fourth birthday of her daughter Princess Lilibet.
Meghan captioned the post: “Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work, there was only one thing left to do!”
The video, set to Starrkeisha's viral hit "The Baby Momma Dance," saw the Duchess of Sussex dancing while clutching her baby bump before trying out more involved moves, including twerking.

Prince Harry also made intermittent appearances in the clip, dancing back and forth across the screen.
Royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop described the much talked about clip as pure “Instagram magic”.
She reckoned that the publishing of the video demonstrated that the Duchess appeared to have broken the seal on a previously more private social media presence.
“Nothing is out of bounds as long as she controls the clicks,” Dunlop told The Mirror.

The expert believed that “oversharing” could now be Meghan's “unique selling point”.
Dunlop also made a prediction about the couple’s children, Archie and Lilibet, who have remained mostly hidden from public view.
The two young children are usually seen from behind or with their faces obscured.
This has remained the case in Meghan’s first post since sharing the dancing video, in which she gave an inside look at a family trip to Disneyland.

However, Dunlop speculated the anonymity may soon change as she predicted it would “only be a matter of time before we get a proper peek at Lilibet and Archie”.
Regardless, the expert was full of praise for Meghan’s new approach to social media.
"Full marks to Meghan for constantly surprising, and out-manoeuvring, the naysayers.
“The vibe, the love, the crazy overdue drama, and the sheer audacity. The haters were horrified,” she celebrated.

The clip quickly became her most viewed Instagram reel by a significant margin, notching 37.6 million views in mere days.
It dwarfs the view count of her previous record, the announcement of her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
In 15 weeks since going live, the announcement was watched 27.6 million times.
