Meghan Markle has issued a grateful statement after her rosé wine sold out amid the "scam" backlash.
On July 1, the Duchess of Sussex launched her 2023 Napa Valley Rosé, which sold out within an hour of going on sale.
Taking to Instagram on her As Ever account, Meghan posted a photograph of herself wearing a white linen shirt, a wide-brimmed sun hat and blue jeans.
The mother-of-two captioned the post: "Still soaking it in- feeling endlessly grateful. Cheers to what’s ahead!"

This statement also followed backlash from royal fans who expressed discontent at having to buy the wine in sets of three or more.
The 14.5 per cent 750ml bottles are sold in sets of three for £72, half cases for £127, or full cases for £240, excluding £14 shipping.
Upon launching at 4pm BST on July 1, the Duchess’s new beverage was quickly met with a tide of criticism.
“YIKES!! Talk about Meghan Markup. Meghan Markle is forcing anyone who wants her wine to buy three bottles at least, totally $90 + $20 in shipping,” one potential buyer slammed on social media.
They continued: “As ever a rip-off. As ever greedy... Who's going to buy 12 bottles of a wine they've never tested? That's insane! It could be absolute c**p!”
“What a SCAM. You have to buy 3 bottles, you cannot just buy one-and it’s $90 for 3 plus $20 shipping,” another fumed.
However, not all were furious with the wine launch, with some arguing the pricing could have been influenced by the product being totally new.
“I live in (the) Bay Area and (the) per bottle price is on the pricey side but for (a) winery subscription (it) is on (a) normal price range,” one fan explained.
