Meghan Markle and Prince Harry want answers after suffering a "huge kick in the teeth" according to a source.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were completely snubbed in the nominations for the Primetime Emmys.


The couple's Netflix docu-series Harry & Meghan was not put forward for recognition for the prestigious awards.

Shows eligible for the Primetime Emmys must have been broadcast in America between June 2022 and May 2023.

The couple are said to be disappointed by the snub, a source has claimed.

The insider said: "The fact that they didn't get an Emmy nod is a huge kick in the teeth."

It has also been claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex feel there is a campaign against them.

The source said: "They're convinced there's been an orchestrated hate campaign against them on both sides of the Atlantic, and that certain people are trying to get in on the act."

The insider told Heat Magazine that Harry and Meghan want a "full request" on who "put the boot in and what on earth they've got to do to catch a break".

However, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix documentary has been nominated for a major Hollywood award.

The series titled Harry & Meghan has been nominated for a Hollywood Critics Award in the Best Streaming Nonfiction category.
