Meghan Markle "may give her blessing" for Archie and Lilibet to see King Charles amid "deep concerns", according to a royal insider.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are understood to have bought a new property in Portugal, near where Harry's cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank live.
Many fans and commentators have viewed this move as the Sussexes' getting closer to the Royal Family without actually stepping foot in the UK.
Prince Harry, 40, previously claimed he would "never" bring Meghan, 43, back to the UK over fears for the duchess's safety.

A royal insider has now claimed that the Duchess of Sussex made a "shrewd move" by buying a home in Europe, as it stops her from becoming too "isolated".
They said: “Buying in Portugal is a shrewd move for Meghan.
“She’s deeply concerned that the Royal Family might manipulate Harry into reintegrating without her, so she needs to be proactive to make sure she’s not isolated or pushed to the sidelines."
The insider added that the move to Portugal could enable her children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, to see their grandfather King Charles, 75, who they have barely met.
Prince Harry has opened up on fears of raising Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet
NetflixThe Sussex children have grown up in Montecito, California after Harry and Meghan stepped down from their roles as working royals in 2020.
The source continued to tell Closer: “Now, if it is deemed safe from a security standpoint, it’s likely she’ll give her blessing for Harry to take Archie and Lilibet to see their grandpa, King Charles, at some point.
“And in terms of logistics, having a place in Portugal will make that easier, because Meghan can fly over with the kids without feeling trapped.”
Previously when Prince Harry travelled to the UK alone, Meghan would be forced to remain in the US.
