In the podcast, Meghan emphasised that successful entrepreneurs aren't afraid to tackle messy situations.

"It can get messy and the best founders are not afraid to get their hands dirty," she said.

The Duchess clarified: "And I don't mean play dirty. I mean, when it's 'clean up on aisle five' time, you are the first person there with a mop."

She also spoke about simplifying everyday challenges, asking: "How do you get your hands involved and change the way of thinking surrounding it so it doesn't feel daunting?"

During the conversation, Meghan offered a glimpse into her busy schedule as a business founder.

"I see vegetables and I see takeout - because I don't have time to cook every day," she admitted.

The Duchess described how she still tries to make meals "flattering and beautiful and present well".

Meghan also discussed the challenges of "wearing so many hats" whilst creating As Ever.

"The types of minutia that at the onset you kind of have to be across every single granular detail," she explained.

She added: "I don't know how to not have love in the details."

Meghan revealed her university education provided valuable business training.

"I was a theatre major and part of the programme was that you couldn't just do the acting," she said.

She explained students had to understand "soup-to-nuts every part of what a production would entail".

This experience taught her to appreciate different team roles, from sound to lighting.

"But wardrobe department and sewing was part of it too, so I am comfortable with a sewing machine," the Duchess added.
