The Duchess of Sussex is heading to Australia next month with Prince Harry

Gemma O'Neill, the talent manager who represents radio personality Jackie 'O' Henderson, has removed her primary Instagram account just weeks before she is due to host a wellness retreat featuring Meghan Markle.

The 42-year-old's main social media profile, @gemmyjean, has vanished following recent exposure of her financial difficulties after her talent agency collapsed.

Despite going dark on her personal account, Ms O'Neill's Her Best Life podcast page continues to operate, actively promoting the upcoming Sydney event with the Duchess of Sussex.

The three-day retreat is scheduled to run from April 17 to 19 at the InterContinental Sydney in Coogee.

Marketed as a wellness and empowerment experience for women, the event's tickets range from £1,400 to £1,700 per attendee.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet the duchess briefly and take part in a question-and-answer session alongside her.

Relationship coach and former psychologist Dr Justine Corry has been announced as an additional special guest for the interactive session.

Ms O'Neill's decision to scrub her personal social media presence comes at a particularly sensitive moment, with her financial situation having been laid bare in recent weeks following the voluntary liquidation of her talent management business, Gemmie Agency, last November.

The administrators' report revealed that Gemmie Agency owes approximately £290,000 to the Australian Taxation Office, with a further £1,750 outstanding to a small accountancy firm.

Yet property records show Ms O'Neill completed the purchase of a three-bedroom cottage in Fitzroy Falls, in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, for roughly £540,000 on October 3 last year, seven weeks before her agency entered voluntary liquidation.

The sale was finalised on December 17, according to documents obtained by the Mail.

Ms Henderson disclosed her manager's acquisition of a country property during a February podcast episode, describing it as a cottage "down south" bought in 2025.

Ms O'Neill has also converted another Sydney property in Clovelly into a short-term rental, currently listed at approximately £950 per night over the Easter period.

When Ms O'Neill informed administrators on February 20 that she could not contribute to repayments due to limited income and no personal savings, it coincided with the day her star client, Ms Henderson, clashed publicly with co-host Kyle Sandilands in their now-infamous on-air dispute.

The Kyle and Jackie O Show was subsequently cancelled, with ARN Media terminating the pair's reported £53 million contracts.

Ms O'Neill and Ms Henderson also share a joint venture, Besties Australia Pty Ltd, which received a £9,600 loan from the collapsed agency.
