The Duchess of Sussex is now looking to launch her fightback with a new project

Meghan Markle is plotting an "explosive next move" in a bid to bounce back from recent disappointments.

The Duchess of Sussex's deal with Spotify was axed last month after her 12-episode series Archetypes left executives underwhelmed.

Meghan is now looking to launch her revival with a new project according to a source.

The Insider told Closer Magazine: "The thinking on Meghan's part is that they owe it to themselves to fight back and make a success of things.

"She's told the team that her new plan simply can't fail."

They added: "Her next move will be explosive, to say the least."

Meghan is said to be "excited" to "prove the haters wrong in a spectacular style" according to the source.

Earlier this month, the Rolling Stone magazine stated that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are in a "difficult position" following a stalemate in their feud with the Royal Family.

Meghan and Harry have struggled for success on content created away from their feud with the Royal Family.

However, Prince Harry's autobiography Spare which unleashed multiple attacks on the monarchy was a best-selling non-fiction novel in the UK and performed well globally.

The Rolling Stone magazine has pinpointed that the Sussexes' struggle for success on topics away from royal life is due to the couple entwining their brand with "beef with the Royal Family".

The outlet wrote: "Part of the issue the Sussexes are currently facing is that they have made their brand about their beef with the Royal Family.

"Now, their feud has reached a stalemate it feels like there isn’t much more to say."

They continued: "The Sussexes are in a difficult position: appetite is waning for content about their rift with the royal institution, because digesting it in so many different formats now feels like overkill.

"But there isn’t much enthusiasm for their other projects, like the Archetypes podcast, which aren’t about that."
