Meghan is set to shift her focus to her lifestyle brand

Meghan Markle’s Netflix show will not be renewed for a third season, sources have claimed.

The series titled 'With Love, Meghan' debuted in March, and offered viewers lifestyle tips from the Duchess of Sussex.

The show had been Meghan’s passion project, but after two series and a holiday special, it appears as though Netflix has pulled the plug on the programme.

One insider claimed: “It is not returning as a series. There have been conversations about holiday specials, but there's nothing in the works yet.”

Another source told Page Six: “People will see similar cooking and crafting on Meghan's socials for the brand, but more bite-sized.”

Insiders have explained that Meghan will be focusing on her As Ever lifestyle brand, after calling the series “a lot of work.”

The duchess’s show ranked 383rd among all Netflix productions, with 5.3million views in the first half of 2025, according to the streamer’s official engagement report.

The show was met with mixed critical reviews; on review site Rotten Tomatoes, it currently holds a 23 per cent rating.

The latest instalment was released in December and focused on Meghan’s holiday celebrations.

The festive special received a host of negative reviews when it debuted on the streaming service.

Daily Mail reviewer Annabel Fenwick Elliot gave the special zero stars, saying: “It's the syrupy hypocrisy and our hostesses' deep lack of self-awareness that continue to make her and this show so unlikeable.

“If only she could lean into her waspish, Type A personality - poke a little fun at herself, even - she could just about be endearing, in a Monica-from-Friends sort of way.”

Times columnist Hilary Rose described the show as "unfathomable", adding that it includes “four pointless crafts, three random 'friends', two unseen kids, one English prince and a duchess in a pear tree, or at least making pear syrup.”

She added that some of the dialogue left her feeling like “the English language has been fed through Google Translate and found wanting”.

Ms Rose also revealed viewers “learn that red is a festive colour and that if you don't like cheese or pepper, you might not like a dish consisting of cheese and pepper”.

The Express took a different approach, with Emily Ferguson giving a much more positive review, claiming the show gives “some handy tips on wrapping awkward items such as cuddly toys and wine bottles.

“The special one-off episode, released on the same day the Royal Family welcomes the German President and First Lady to Windsor Castle for a three-day state visit, balances festive fun with personal anecdotes that are sure to please her fan base.”

Meghan is set to release a new cookbook in 2026, as she shifts her focus to her As Ever.

An insider said: “Meghan is looking at a cookbook for early 2026, and there will be more lifestyle products coming in the spring.”

The insider went on to forecast that candles and homeware will be included in Meghan's expansion.

“2026 is looking like another big year for her. There will be more wine and definitely more homeware too,” the insider concluded.
