The iconic accessory has been a staple in Meghan's jewellery collection since 2011.
The video captured an intimate moment as Meghan prepared for labour, with the cannula visible as she moved to music before giving birth to her daughter.
The Cartier LOVE bracelet, which featured prominently in the labour video, is currently available for £5,850 from Selfridges.
In a separate Instagram post marking Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday, the Duchess displayed another significant piece of jewellery. She wore a striking pinky ring alongside her diamond engagement ring during a casual boat day.

The pinky ring features a three-carat emerald-cut diamond in a bezel setting. Jewellery expert Nilesh Rakholia, director of Abelini, estimates the piece could be worth £50,000 or more.
"The design is refined and intentional, using a minimalistic setting to achieve a maximum style impact," Rakholia told Hello!.
"It features what looks to be a three-carat emerald-cut diamond in a sleek bezel setting, likely set in 18k yellow gold."
The jewellery expert noted that the ring's clean geometry and modern edge reflect Meghan's contemporary approach to dressing. "Yellow gold has made a strong return recently, offering a timeless warmth that complements both classic and minimalist jewellery styles," he added.

The piece is the same Lorraine Schwartz pinky ring Meghan wore at the 2023 Invictus Games.
According to Rakholia, the ring's reappearance suggests personal significance beyond its monetary value. "It's been reported that the ring may reflect feminist values or self-purchase empowerment, which is a growing trend we're seeing more of," he revealed.
The expert highlighted how pinky rings have become "a subtle yet powerful way to express identity". He noted that the piece allows Meghan to showcase her individual style alongside her traditional engagement ring.
"Emerald cuts continue to rise in popularity for their understated elegance, and with more women buying jewellery for themselves, pinky rings like this are becoming a go-to statement for personal meaning beyond tradition," Rakholia concluded.
