Meghan Markle has suffered a fresh blow as Edward Enninful, the former British Vogue editor, suggested he has no intention of collaborating with her again.
His comment comes six years after the Duchess of Sussex guest-edited the magazine's September 2019 edition whilst pregnant with Prince Archie.
At that time, Mr Enninful lavished praise on the former actress, describing her as a "bi-racial powerhouse" and "an ultimate force for change" in his editor's letter.
Now, the 53-year-old fashion editor has launched a new publication, called EE72, with showbiz allies Julia Roberts and Gwyneth Paltrow.

However, he was said to pause when asked about his apparent fallout with Meghan before admitting he was not considering another collaboration with her.
"I feel like I have done it,” Mr Enninful began.
"Meghan and I had a great moment with the issue we did, but I feel like I have done it and I wouldn't necessarily repeat myself," he told the Daily Mail.
The editor’s hesitation came in stark contrast to his enthusiasm for working with other members of the Royal Family.

Mr Enninful, who was appointed a Global Ambassador for The King's Trust in October 2021, has previously expressed his enthusiasm about working with the monarch and Queen Camilla.
"I love King Charles and Queen Camilla - I went to the Coronation with Katy Perry," he told The Times.
"I am happy to have them in the magazine. They care about the same things I do,” he declared.
Following collaborating on the 2019 Forces for Change edition of Vogue, Meghan and Mr Enninful’s professional relationship reportedly deteriorated in 2022.

The pair were said to have rowed in a dispute over planned coverage of the duchess and Prince Harry’s philanthropy.
Sources suggest the feature was intended to coincide with Meghan's keynote address at the One Young World Summit in Manchester that September.
Meghan and her representatives allegedly anticipated securing either a print or digital cover for the extensive project, which would have required a complete production team including photographers, videographers and stylists.
However, Mr Enninful was unable to fulfil these expectations, having already committed to another cover for that month.

"The duchess and her team had high expectations and were expecting she might get a print cover or at least a digital cover out of it, but Enninful was not able to meet those expectations," a source told the outlet.
When the editor offered only an interior feature and online coverage, the duchess’s team is believed to have withdrawn from the project entirely.
