The bag featured in a reel on Instagram charting her trips to New York and Washington DC.
The black and blue bag with a giant 'DS' on it is a reference to her Duchess of Sussex title, according to People.
The new video shows the bag on top of a suitcase being pulled down a hallway.

One critic wrote on social media: “Please don't tell me she had a bag made with the initials DS for Duchess of Sussex?”
Another said: “Oh God that is cringe!”.
A third added: “Meghan needs to plaster Duchess of Sussex on anything she possibly can. It’s weird.”

The Duchess of Sussex made her first visit to Europe in more than two years when she stepped out with Balenciaga's designer Pierpaolo Piccioli.
Meghan said that her appearance in Paris was “the culmination of many years of friendship” with the fashion designer.
However, Mr Piccioli revealed that the duchess asked him if she could attend the event rather than him sending her an invite.
He described Meghan’s attendance as a “beautiful surprise” and had helped keep her Paris visit to his show secret.
Piccioli said: “Meghan and I met some years ago, and we've been texting ever since. She reached out and said she'd love to come to the show”.
