A pro-royal fan confronted Republic CEO Graham Smith in a heated exchange during their protest in Lancaster, claiming she would have "ripped" the megaphone out of his hand.
As King Charles visits Lancaster Castle to take part in an ancient ceremony in front of John O'Gaunt gate, the anti-royal group gathered alongside royal fans to welcome the monarch.
Speaking to GB News, Smith told Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker that the King "definitely knows" of their protest, claiming the monarch "looked out the window at us as his car drove past".
However, Smith's interview was interrupted by a pro-royal Briton, who stormed through Republic's demonstration to confront Smith on camera.

Interjecting Smith, the lady told him: "I've just spoken to the police. I would rip that out of your hand, but they would arrest me, so that's the only reason I'm not."
Responding to the local, Smith attempted to dismiss her confrontation, asking for her to "leave us alone".
He said: "Oh that's good, I'm glad. Well, you're intolerant and unpleasant so why don't you leave us alone?"
Infuriated by Smith's request, the pro-royal hit back: "Oh, dear! I will do, but I'm just giving the opinion of most people that are here."

The royal fan then stormed off, prompting Smith to swiftly carry on with his GB News interview.
As Cameron told Smith, some locals are "disappointed" with the Republic protest taking place, he delivered his verdict on the "small minority" of people who disapprove of their demonstrations.
Smith explained: "I'm disappointed that Charles is here, I'm disappointed that he's ripping us off £27million from Lancaster, half a billion every year. Protest is not only legitimate and reasonable, but is absolutely necessary when we're challenging an institution like the monarchy.
"And there will be a bunch of people here that don't care. I was standing next to a lovely monarchist just along here, we were having a nice chat, and she's absolutely on our side in terms of the right to protest. So people have different views."

Addressing the confrontation, Smith added: "The woman that we just saw here, there's a very small minority who are just quite unpleasant and intolerant of people who disagree with them.
"It's a tiny minority here, most people are just absolutely fine with us."
When asked by Cameron if his group have any plans to protest for the upcoming Trooping the Colour event, Smith confirmed: "Yes we are, we are protesting Trooping the Colour again.
"We've chatted to the Royal Parks and the police, so we've made it clear what we're planning to do, and hopefully we'll be having a bigger crowd outside, below the balcony when they come out."
