As well as the fallout from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's many tell-all projects, including Harry's memoir Spare and their Netflix documentary, the King is facing new stresses from his brother, Prince Andrew.
The Duke of York was named amongst 150 others in connection to Jeffrey Epstein, in documents released this month.
It is reported that Prince Andrew is "refusing" to leave his Windsor home, Royal Lodge, despite requests from the King.
Former royal butler Grant Harrold told GB News that the royal has been "locked in his room" following the revelations, and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has been "drafted in" to look after him.
American Journalist Lee Cohen told host Mark Dolan that some Americans would "like to see the monarchy suffer", but the main focus in US media is "politics".
When asked how the States perceives King Charles after the fallout of Harry and Meghan, Cohen revealed: "Americans really understand the role of a constitutional monarchy.
"It appears that Charles has come off very well in all of this.
"He stepped into impossible shoes to follow the beloved Queen Elizabeth, his mother, who was globally admired. And everyone knows that's not an easy role to fill."

Cohen also shed light on King Charles' role as monarch, since taking the throne in 2022, and how he is "still popular with Brits" today.
He told GB News: "He's handled Harry and Meghan exquisitely well, because he's handled them with deftness and with great skill and dignity.
"Which of course is in complete opposition to to what they've been serving up to the Royal Family.
"So I believe that his dignified way of handling the Harry and Meghan turbulence has really paid off for him and bolsters his image here in the United States as well as in Britain."
