The future Queen is expected to be wearing a tiara and formal evening gown, the first time since 2023 she has publicly worn such a regal outfit.
The last State Banquet she attended was at Buckingham Palace in November of that year, honouring Yoon Suk Yeol of South Korea.
At the glittering occasion, she wore a Jenny Packham gown, paired with the Strathmore Rose Tiara - an item rarely seen in public.

In November 2022, the Princess attended the State Banquet honouring South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, where she wore a Jenny Packham gown and Queen Mary's Lover's Knot Tiara - an item once worn by her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
This evening, the formal white tie banquet is being hosted by the King in St George's Hall in honour of the French state visit to the UK.
President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte will be guests of honour at the first State Banquet held at Windsor Castle since 2014, due to ongoing reservicing work at Buckingham Palace.
