Her comment highlighted how rapidly the eldest Wales child is maturing, with Kate gesturing to indicate that the 12-year-old future king was nearly as tall as her.
"George is already in my shoes," Kate added, implying George was big enough to match his mother’s shoe size.
Kate was prompted into further reflection when the supporter shared that they were part of the crowd of well-wishers outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital when Kate gave birth her eldest.

Eton College in Windsor, where Prince William studied, is widely considered the most likely destination for the young prince when he turns 13.
If the future king does attend Eton, this year will therefore be the last time all three siblings will study at the same school.
The princess’s sweet recollections at the museum were soon interrupted by a sudden deluge of rain, forcing her to abandon outdoor activities with primary school pupils.
