He also took antidepressants for a period of time.
"I think the biggest challenge was that I had my own stigma about mental health," he told The Times.
James confirmed he is no longer on medication.
The entrepreneur has been open about his mental health journey, acknowledging the difficulties he faced in seeking help initially.

"Having them there meant that I knew I was surrounded by people that truly understood what I was going through," he explained.
He credited Kate and Prince William for their mental health initiative Heads Together, which they launched with Prince Harry in 2016.

His willingness to discuss therapy openly reflects a growing trend of public figures addressing mental health challenges.

"What I think is that, as a family, you learn to see and process and understand things," he told The Times.
