The initiative seeks to mobilise corporate Britain to invest in early childhood development, with an ambitious target of benefiting more than one million young children and babies within the next year.
Business leaders will examine how supporting the earliest years can cultivate essential human capabilities required for tomorrow's workforce, particularly as technological transformation reshapes employment landscapes.
The summit addresses the critical intersection between early childhood investment and future workforce readiness.
Kate is passionate about working with children's charities | PAParticipants will explore strategies for businesses to contribute meaningfully to child development whilst preparing for an era of rapid technological evolution and workplace transformation.
Broadcaster Mishal Husain will lead the day's proceedings, which feature contributions from notable figures including former England manager Sir Gareth Southgate and research psychologist Professor Marc Brackett.
Harvard University's Professor Robert Waldinger and psychotherapist Philippa Perry will also present sessions during the event.
Representatives from taskforce member organisations, including Aviva, NatWest Group, Iceland, Ikea UK and Ireland, The Lego Group and Deloitte will share their achievements in reaching over 500,000 young children and babies to date.

This year's service will celebrate themes of love and unity, featuring readings from actors Hannah Waddingham, Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor, alongside performances by the Westminster Abbey choir.
