The £275 necklace has since sold out due to its publicity after the Princess of Wales debuted it earlier this year.
However, eagle eyed royal fans spotted that was not the only element of her outfit Kate had stepped out in previously.
The Princess of Wales had worn her Garter ceremony ensemble, including her shoes, during the VE Day celebratory concert in May.
One fan took to social media and wrote: “Kate showing how to wear the same look differently for different occasions.

“Same dress, jewellery, and shoes as the VE Day concert but white hat and clutch today instead of black. I love them both! Different looks but they both really work,” she praised.
Kate attended the concert alongside Prince William but that was not the debut of her all white outfit.
Her first public outing sporting the Self Portrait ensemble came in September 2021, she wore the blazer dress during a reception hosted to thank people involved with her Hold Still project.
In 2022, the Princess of Wales appeared to have stepped out with the dress a second time during a Platinum Party at the Palace.

Kate’s attendance at the Order of the Garter ceremony represented her first appearance at the event in two years, having missed last year's event whilst undergoing cancer treatment.
She stood with the Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, under a canopy at the Galilee Porch entrance to the chapel, emerging at least 10 minutes before the procession began.
The two women chatted and laughed together throughout the ceremony.
As the Military Knights of Windsor led the procession past them, the Princess and the Duchess appeared particularly amused by something, giggling together as they watched the colourful display.

Hundreds of spectators, many sheltering from the heat with straw hats and parasols, cheered as the party slowly progressed through the grounds.
The Order of the Garter was founded by King Edward III in 1348, making it the oldest order of chivalry in the UK.
The annual parade sees members of the Royal Family travel to Windsor to attend a service in St George's Chapel and take part in a procession around the grounds.
Ladies and Knights of the Order process down the hill from Windsor Castle's State Apartments to St George's Chapel, dressed in distinctive white plumed hats and dark blue velvet robes.
