Prince Harry has been criticised by GB News presenter Andrew Pierce, as the Duke's legal battle for protection in the UK continues.
The Duke of Sussex is set to face the High Court today, as part of an appeal against the Home Office over his security arrangements whilst in the UK.
Prince Harry is expected to argue he was treated "unfairly" by the Home Office, after denying him the right to automatic police protection.
Due to privacy concerns, the sessions will be held mostly behind closed doors, and a privacy order has been issued for the royal's three day hearing.

In a discussion about the latest court showdown, which has spanned over three years, GB News presenter Andrew Pierce mocked the Duke's appeal.
Andrew branded the Prince "ridiculous" and stated that even if Prince Harry does visit the UK, he will be granted protection on the same level as other senior royals.
Speaking to former Royal Protection Officer Dai Davies, Andrew fumed: "It's just ridiculous, isn't it?
"If Prince Harry comes to Britain representing the Royal family on royal duties, he will have the same protection as any other member of the Royal Family."
Andrew fumed: "If he chooses to come here under his own steam he can pay for himself, and he can flipping well afford it."
Dai Davies reacted to Andrew's take, admitting: "I totally agree with your last comment. Absolutely right.
"The truth is, he actually gets protection, as you rightly say, every time. Anything to do with royals, and he's here as a Prince of the United Kingdom.
"The problem is this is all hyped up, it's yet another Harry storm in a teacup. He thinks he should because he is sixth in line to the throne. But the committee that decides this included a former colleague of mine, Commander Peter Loughborough, Lord Peter, as he is now, and he had 11 years as the Commander in overall command of royalty protection."

Dai continued: "He was on that committee, as I understand it, along with a member of the household, eminently sensible men. They are provided with the up to date intelligence and it's from that intelligence and the threat risk that is carried out.
"But they will decide whether anyone, including Harry, including other members of the Royal Family, will actually get protection.
"What he wants is arms protection when he comes here and has done over a number of years. He brings his own protection teams who are not armed, but a number of them are former royalty protection officers.
"If there's a threat, if there's a any kind of issue, he will be afforded the protection he wants. This is a storm in the cup and it's going to cost you and I about £1,000,000."
