US journalist Lee Cohen has slammed Harry and Meghan as "Britain's greatest tormentors" and claimed that if Trump were re-elected he would have different rules for the pair.
This comes after former president Donald Trump branded Biden's administration as "too gracious" to the Duke of Sussex and said that they "betrayed Queen Elizabeth."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved across the pond in January 2020, after dramatically quitting their roles as senior members of the Royal Family.
Since then the Prince's immigration status has come under question - as a conservative think tank argues he cannot have legally entered the country due to admitting to taking illegal drugs in his memoir, Spare.

GettySpeaking to GBN America Cohen said: "People on both sides of the Atlantic are overwhelmingly and completely fed up with Harry and Meghan's betrayals, disloyal hypocrisy and self promotion.
"Trump captures the public's disgust with the poisonous couple boasting, such as the lofty claims in their new rebranding that depicts Megan as one of the world's most influential women. The thing that really drives us over the edge here now, and President Trump captured this too, is the eternal sense of hubris and entitlement for this poisonous pair.
He added: "We have an immigration crisis here that's caused by Biden's neglect and mishandling of our immigration policies.
"It is hardly surprising that Biden, the most anti-British president in recent history, has cozied up to Britain's greatest tormentors, the Sussexes.

"There is one rule for the elite like Harry and one rule for everyone else."
In the book the Duke - who remains a prince and fifth in line to the throne - wrote that he had taken cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms, all in his youth.
He added that while cocaine 'didn’t do anything for me', marijuana 'really did help me' during difficult periods of his life as a 'deeply unhappy' 17-year-old.

He also revealed that while taking psychedelic mushrooms, he hallucinated that a bathroom garbage bin had grown a head and was staring at him.
A lawyer for the Biden administration has argued that this could have been made up "to sell books" and that it is not "proof."
Trump said: "'I wouldn't protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That's unforgivable.
"He would be on his own if it was down to me."
