Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has sparked speculation with his surprise Chelsea Flower Show appearance on Monday.
Princess Beatrice's husband took to his Instagram story to reveal that he attended the popular horticultural event at the beginning of the week.
Also in attendance on Monday were King Charles, 76, and Queen Camilla, 77, who were photographed greeting football legend David Beckham.
Their Majesties were not pictured alongside Edoardo, 41, who simply took to his social media to share his favourite flowers and vegetables from the event.

Edoardo's insight has sparked speculation that his wife, Princess Beatrice, may have attended the event as well.
The royal couple have attended the event consistently for the past three years.
The Princess of York, 36, attended an event with King Charles and Queen Camilla just last week.
She attended the Elephant Family Evening of Art and Conservation at Kew Gardens on May 13.
Edoardo uploaded this picture on his Instagram story and tagged the Royal Horticultural Society, which organises the Chelsea Flower Show.

The Elephant Family was founded by Camilla’s brother, the late Mark Shand, in 2002.
It is known for vibrant campaigns like the Big Egg Hunt, delivered in partnership with Clarence Court.
The King has also been Patron of Royal Botanic Gardens Kew since 2016.
Charles and Camilla's greeting with David Beckham comes just days after the Sun reported that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry hosted the footballer's son, Brooklyn, at their Montecito home.
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi shared beautiful pictures of greenery on his social media.
