Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s reclusive life has been laid bare by insiders following his exile from Royal Family gatherings.
While the Royal Family assembled at Buckingham Palace for their traditional Christmas gathering this week, one notable figure was missing from the festivities.
Andrew found himself fifty miles away in Windsor, cutting a solitary figure on horseback in the rain with only a groom for company.

Any aspirations of returning to public duties, which some had entertained until remarkably recently, now appear either frozen indefinitely or entirely finished.
The assessment varies depending on how hopeful his remaining supporters feel on any particular day.
His daily routine now consists of riding, shooting, playing golf and watching television. He neither drinks nor smokes and has abandoned any social dining. The London club scene he once frequented is firmly in his past.
"He does watch a lot of TV – he's always done that," one source told The Telegraph. "He's always been a bit of a couch potato.”
