The former prince is expected to move into Marsh Farm next month

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's Norfolk residence has transformed into an unlikely tourist hotspot, with dozens of visitors passing by Wood Farm in Wolferton each day to capture images of the property.

Sightseers have been observed leaning from vehicle windows to photograph the former Duke of York's home on their mobile phones.

The 66-year-old relocated to Wood Farm approximately two months ago following his departure from Royal Lodge in Windsor at his brother King Charles's instruction.

Visitor numbers have reportedly surged since Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was taken into custody on February 19.

Some tourists have even posed for photographs alongside journalists stationed outside the property, awaiting glimpses of the disgraced former royal.

The Sandringham estate's own safari excursions now incorporate Wood Farm's entrance into their route, offering paying visitors a glimpse of Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's current dwelling during the two-and-a-half-hour tour.

Priced at £160, the Land Rover Safari Tour takes guests around the grounds with expert guides who reside and work on the estate.

The excursion route also passes Marsh Farm, a five-bedroom property currently undergoing rapid renovation work in preparation for Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's relocation next month.

Both properties have effectively become points of interest on the official tour, drawing curious visitors keen to observe the preparations surrounding the former prince's forced move from Windsor.

Hundreds of removal boxes bearing the 'HRH' designation arrived at Marsh Farm this month, transported by royal-approved firm Gander & White ahead of Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's anticipated April relocation.

The containers were conspicuously labelled with references including "HRH office", "HRH sitting room" and "HRH meeting room", indicating the former prince continues to be addressed using his royal styling in private despite King Charles stripping him of his title last November following the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

The delivery comprised clothing, antiques and books, with some items marked fragile, as the disgraced former royal completes his compulsory move from the Windsor estate.

Extensive renovation work continues at the five-bedroom Marsh Farm property, with security fencing, CCTV systems, broadband, and Sky TV all installed alongside new flooring, carpets and comprehensive redecoration.

Additional work has been carried out on the grounds surrounding the house.

A substantial white mobile home has been positioned within a former stable block at the property, partially concealed from public view.

The temporary structure is expected to accommodate staff members who can no longer be housed in Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's main residence following his downsizing from the 30-room Royal Lodge mansion.

Despite Marsh Farm's five bedrooms, the former duke apparently requires additional space for his household.
