Donald Trump has reacted with fury to newly-released footage of the violent killing of a Ukrainian refugee on a North Carolina train.
Just days ago, CCTV images of Decarlos Brown Jr's attack on Iryna Zarutzka, just 23, came to light.
On Sunday night, Mr Trump labelled the video "horrible" - and said he would have more reaction to it on Monday.
And now, the President has followed through.
In an emotional tirade on his social media platform Truth Social, the Commander-in-Chief paid tribute to the "beautiful, young" victim - and warned that there was "blood on Democrat hands".

"The perpetrator was a well known career criminal, who had been previously arrested and released on cashless bail in January, a total of 14 times.
"What the hell was he doing riding the train, and walking the streets? Criminals like this need to be locked up.
"The blood of this innocent woman can literally be seen dripping from the killer’s knife, and now her blood is on the hands of the Democrats who refuse to put bad people in jail, including former disgraced Governor and 'wannabe Senator' Roy Cooper.

"Additionally, where is the outrage from the mainstream media on this horrible tragedy?" the President added, as he demanded North Carolineans vote for Michael Whatley for the Senate.
Brown Jr, 34 and homeless, has a history of mental health problems, arrests and convictions. He has been charged with first-degree murder over Ms Zarutska's death.
"Gifted and passionate artist" Ms Zarutska, 23, had fled Ukraine's capital Kyiv after six months of Russia's 2022 invasion of her homeland.
But on August 22 this year, she was slaughtered on a train in Charlotte.

Further footage from the blood-curdling attack has since come to light in which Brown Jr can apparently be heard saying "I got that white girl", raising further fears of a racially-motivated killing.
Elon Musk, a former ally of Mr Trump, has been vocal in his fury following the attack, too.
He has directed much of his ire at US mainstream media, and late on Sunday said: "As soon as anyone does the slightest bit of research beyond what the legacy news reports, the magnitude of legacy media lies is staggering.
"Do some research and it will feel like waking up from a fever dream."
