As Reform UK begins to exercise power in councils where they've gained control following recent local elections, Tice explained: "We've got a brilliant KC and a team of lawyers acting on a pro bono, no cost basis.
"They've already started work, and we will be using every possible legal lever to try to resist bringing asylum seekers, whether it's into hotels or housing in the councils we control."
Lincolnshire is one of the areas where Reform UK has recently gained control, with the party specifically highlighting an asylum seeker hotel in Skegness.
"In Lincolnshire, where we've just won control of the council, we've got an asylum seeker hotel in Skegness," Tice explained.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
The coastal town of Skegness represents a test case for Reform UK's approach to implementing their immigration policies at local government level.
Tice claimed the party's voters have given them a clear mandate on immigration issues.
"Our voters have said we don't want illegal immigration. We don't want mass uncontrolled immigration," he stated.
He added that voters have "given us a mandate to do all we can right in the councils that we control to stop this illegal immigration."

The Reform UK deputy leader outlined their strategy to challenge the government.
"We resist the use of hotels and housing, and we will use a variety of levers and legal mechanisms to try to make it unlawful for them in our areas."
Discussing Reform's plans, Party chairman Zia Yusuf told The Telegraph: "We will resist the dispersal of thousands of illegal migrants into local communities, which is a huge betrayal of everyone who voted Labour and everyone in the UK."
He added that the party has, "some of the best lawyers in the country working for free to resist this awful Government".
