The Reform MP reported that when Pochin posed her question, there were "sighs", "groans", "moans" and "complaints" from opposition benches, including from Liberal Democrats, Greens and independent MPs.
Lee linked the burka debate to broader concerns about integration and migration. He argued that the issues were "all part of the wider discussion" about people from different cultures "not respecting our laws, our way of life, our history, our heritage and our culture".
The MP noted that illegal migrants in hotels had been "one of the big concerns" in Pochin's constituency during campaigning. He questioned whether wearing a burka constituted integration or adherence to Western values.
"If you're wearing a burqa in British society in our streets of Britain today, is that integration, is that Western adhering to Western values? I don't think it is," Anderson stated.
Lee expressed concern that MPs opposing the burka question were "not in touch" with public opinion. He cited an Express poll showing 96 per cent of over 31,000 respondents supported a burka ban.
The Reform MP challenged whether people coming to Britain were properly integrating, particularly those who "can't speak English". He argued this created problems regardless of whether migrants arrived legally or illegally.
"It's all about integration. It is all part of the same package," Lee said during the GB News discussion.
His comments concluded with a stark warning about the country's future. "Slowly but surely, we seem to be giving our country away every single day," he reiterated, emphasising his fury about the situation.
