Lee Anderson has criticised LBC after a caller is said to have impersonated his son during a phone-in with presenter Rachel Johnson.
The caller, who claimed to be Anderson's son, Charlie, alleged that the MP had been physically violent with him, accusing him of "grabbing" and "headbutting" him.
But the Deputy Conservative chairman told GB News the caller was not his son.
He said: "He says he is 23 - but my son is 33. He said I headbutted him and threatened his mum. I've not seen his mum for 20 years, I've not spoken to her for 20 years."

Anderson also claimed that LBC has not been in touch to apologise for the incident.
He criticised Johnson for "going along with it", saying: "The shocking thing is that Rachel Johnson was going along with it, trying to tease it out of him. she never defended me, or even said 'he's not here to defend himself'."
The MP for Ashfield told GB News that he has reported the incident to the Conservative Party headquarters and is waiting for the results of their findings before getting in touch with LBC.
Blasting the broadcaster on Twitter, Anderson said: "The outrageous interview on LBC where someone pretended to be my son. It's simply beyond words."
The caller told Johnson he is a 23-year-old male from Ashfield called Charlie, later claiming to be Anderson's son.
He said: "I, for the first time this year, will be voting Labour.
"My dad screamed at me the other night for some reason. I can't go into it".
He added: "My dad who is a politician told me not to say anything. I'm at my gran's at the moment, but my dad - who is Lee Anderson - he grabbed me and told me not to vote for the Conservatives. I feel like I can speak on air."
Johnson responded: "You certainly can. So you're Charlie Anderson?"
The caller claimed: "I am. I'm in Ashfield."
The presenter then asked: "Can I ask how old you are?" to which he said: "I'm 23 - 24".
She replied: "So you can definitely vote."
The caller continued: "My dad has always been into freedom of speech, but it came to a head the other night when he came back from the studio somewhere in London, drunk and he basically saying, at this rate with Richard Tice we've got more chance of joining BNP party or Ukip."

He then claimed Anderson "tried to headbutt me and grab me and basically told my mum to leave".
Johnson then wrapped up the call, saying: "This sounds like a very personal issue you've got with your dad, thank you for your call.
"But I'm not sure we should continue with that. it sounds like a very personal domestic between Charlie and the person he purported to talk about."
LBC has been contacted for comment.
