In a damning blow to Remainers still hopeful of rejoining the EU, Britons are broadly in favour of staying out.
The result marks a radical departure from YouGov polling, which has consistently found the public regrets the decision to leave the bloc nine years ago.
This sentiment has historically been at odds with the reality on the ground, GB News investigations suggest.
For example, a report we published in May found Britain's exports to the rest of the world have galloped past those going to the bloc over the last two decades.
Now, three graphs based on polling from YouGov and Queen Mary University London suggest the British public is aware of these benefits.

As the first graph (see above) shows, 60 per cent of Britons want the British Government to have the final say in policy areas, which were mainly decided in Brussels before the UK left.
In none of the 20 policy areas polled was there a majority for anything other than exercising full control.
These areas include nationalising the railways and subsidising depressed areas.
Controlling the borders is another policy area in which Britons want full autonomy.

Some 65 per cent of Britons feel the UK should have the final say on British food standards

Nearly two in three people believe that the UK should dictate its own food standards (see chart above).
Prior to Brexit, the UK was required to adhere to EU food standards, which are a comprehensive set of regulations focusing on food safety, hygiene, and providing accurate information for consumers throughout the food chain, from farm to fork.
A recent bombshell report warns Keir Starmer's agri-food deal would return immense power to the EU.
The agreement Starmer is rushing through is ostensibly designed to reduce barriers to trade in agri-food products, specifically focusing on streamlining checks and reducing associated costs following Brexit.

Some 58 per cent of Britons believe the UK should decide who comes into Britain, with an additional 23 per cent saying the UK Government should seek but not be bound by other countries (see chart above).
The voting mirrors growing frustration with the migrant crisis in the UK, as a recent poll says 79 per cent of people feel Labour is handling immigration badly.
Anger is also being brewed by the small boats crisis, with over 25,000 illegal immigrants arriving so far this year.
Hundreds of migrants have made their way to the UK today, just hours after Starmer's return deal came into effect.
