Breaking news today is that the Court of Appeal has refused to allow Epping Forest District Council to appeal its decision to keep the Bell Hotel open.
That’s right, a panel of Judges including the former Labour Party member, Chairman of the Fabian society and Treasurer of the society for Labour lawyers has refused to allow Epping to appeal.
Yvette Cooper's one in one out deal with the French is currently: 3,567 in, zero out. When she announced it in August, she refused to say if anyone would be deported.
Now it's September, and this morning she refused to say if anyone would be deported this month either.
Patrick Christys criticises Home Secretary Yvette Cooper's 'refusal' to comment on migrant returns

That lead to the comical situation where Good Morning Britain, hosted by her husband Ed Balls, had to report on what an ocean-going failure his wife is.
Yvette Cooper chose to speak to the BBC twice this morning, she didn't have the time, yet again, for GB News.
Which is a shame, because today it was revealed that we were the country's most watched news channel for the second month in a row!
Anyway, we now enter the second month of the French migrant deal and we've not deported a single person.
In fact, of the 35,000 people the Government claims to have deported, they won't say if a single one of them was a Channel migrant.
But who are the kind of people we might be importing illegally?
A Somalian criminal asylum seeker who claims he's been begging the Home Office to send him back to Somalia for the last five months. And they haven't been in touch with him. Why not?
Yvette Cooper's latest bright idea is to do this: "We need to clamp down on that kind of misuse, and that's why we're sending these messages to be very clear to people, the asylum system is not for people who just want to extend their visas."
Yes, students who illegally overstay their visas will get a text! If you can text them, Home Secretary, you can track where they are and go and deport them.
Is it any wonder Labour now has an approval rating of -59?
Should Yvette Cooper hurry up and swallow her pride?
