Then this emerged: Wednesday evening someone saw Jenrick's leaked resignation speech, they took pictures and sent it to Kemi.
They found out he's had dinner with Nigel Farage. Kemi's inner circle met, and they decided to sack Jenrick.
Still silence from Jenrick. Nigel Farage comes out and admits they have spoken to Jenrick, but that nothing was agreed.
Nigel was in Scotland, unveiling Reform's new leader up there.
