'Unless Sunak holds firm and stares down the EU over Northern Ireland, I believe he’s finished and it’s only a matter of time until Boris Johnson returns to Number 10 to finish the job he started'

Should we trust Rishi Sunak not to sell out Northern Ireland?

And actually, can we even trust Brexit to be secure and strong under this globalist regime?

Sadly, the answer increasingly appears to be: Hell no!

I always warned the antidemocratic coup against Brexiteer Boris Johnson was part of a plot to undermine Brexit and tie us closer to the European Union forever more

Sadly, my predictions appear to be coming true, with Sunak and Tory wets encouraging the European Research Group and DUP to accept a watered-down compromise over the Northern Ireland protocol that does not guarantee sovereignty by still allowing a role for European judges.

They must not!

It’s simply not acceptable to those of us who believe in the opportunities provided by a true Brexit.

And Sunak is now in a perilous position politically, with his high profile Brexiteer Home Secretary Suella Braverman said to be on resignation watch after issuing only tepid support earlier this week.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

But as Jacob Rees-Mogg pointed out, Sunak seems to be following failed Theresa May’s Brexit Playbook.

I actually think Sunak has a political death wish.

Despite voting for Brexit, he’s making it clear he doesn’t give a damn about morphing into a Brexit In Name Only wet once he’s actually in power.

Especially now that he’s being advised by William Hague and his Chancellor High Tax Jeremy Hunt, who is shamelessly lobbying behind the scenes for Swiss-style alignment having previously plumped for a second referendum.

That, coupled with the fact, his government has blown virtually every advantage Brexit could provide us by hiking taxes to record 70-year highs, with no end to the financial torture in sight.

Unless Sunak holds firm and stares down the EU over Northern Ireland, I believe he’s finished and it’s only a matter of time until Boris Johnson returns to Number 10 to finish the job he started.

Sunak is proving he cannot be trusted on Brexit.
