Will the war in Iran lead to a migrant wave into Britain? Well, in short, I think it probably will. Should we accept them, however? No, but there is some important nuance here.
The risk of IRGC Islamist terrorist ending and entering into this country is just far too high. But the Government doesn't seem to be able to tell us what they're going to do.
It doesn't really fill you full of confidence, does it? But there is a bigger picture here and this is why I support the war in Iran.
The collapse of this Islamist regime could be the single greatest act to restore security to our borders and to our general national security.

Why are Iranians coming here in the first place? Let's get to the first group. They are fleeing a brutal theocratic dictatorship, a regime accused of killing tens of thousands of protesters, slaughtering thousands of gay people and stoning women for disobeying its laws.
Many of those Iranians despise the regime. Many simply want a free country to go home to.
What a difference that young lad makes compared to some other groups coming here.

Now, Iran has formally rejected allegations of terror related or espionage activities in the UK.
But the reality is this once would be Iranian terrorists are here. It becomes impossible to deport them.
You all know why - I don't have to get into that, do I? Meanwhile, the Islamic regime funds and arms terrorist organisations like Hamas and Hezbollah, who also operate here in the UK.
This is why I say obliterating this regime is the single most effective way we can stop the so-called invasion of Britain and end Islamist sponsored terrorism.

Cut the head off of the snake. A free Iran means people can return home.
It means deportations become legally viable. Not 10 years in the future. Now.
It means terrorists will lose their support and their funding. It decimates the world's most aggressive exporter of Islamist extremism.
So if you want to end the small boats, if you want fewer national security threats, if you want long term stability, then fighting this war matters.
We should fight Islamist extremism wherever it rears its ugly head.
The other choice is to simply do nothing and let things stay as they are today. And I don't accept that.
