West Yorkshire perpetrator has phone reviewed as police investigate

A grooming gang abuser has been arrested after one of his victims reported that she was being harassed by him on social media.

GB News can exclusively reveal that the perpetrator, who spent time behind bars for sexually assaulting a young teenage girl, is under investigation by police for allegedly harassing his victim, who is now a grown woman.

Now freed from prison, he has allegedly posted offensive remarks to the woman on her social media pages.

The victim told GB News that she was confident that the man behind the account was one of her abusers because his name was similar to his online alias.

He is also alleged to have made references to incidents that he would only have known about if he was part of the gang that ruthlessly used alcohol, drugs and violence to coerce her.

In one post, the account allegedly linked to the perpetrator suggested that she kept returning to her abusers and used language that diminished her abuse.

Elsewhere, he discussed graphic details of her ordeal and said that she “wanted” it.

GB News understands that the grooming gang perpetrator has denied the alleged harassment in a police interview but has had his phone taken by officers for further investigation.

The brave victim told GB News that the sickening ordeal was another example of how many perpetrators fail to take responsibility for their actions.

“He’s come out of prison and he’s still denying that he did anything wrong.”

The woman, who expressed relief about the arrest and investigation after she reported the social media activity, added: “These men blame us girls for the abuse we went through, saying that we consented and we wanted it. But we were just children.”

The People’s Channel has been aware of the social media posts for several weeks but has delayed publishing until an arrest was made to prevent the perpetrator from being tipped off about potential police action.

West Yorkshire Police was approached but declined to comment on the arrest, citing College of Policing guidelines.
