Last month, the Chechen leader appeared to hint at his own demise, saying: "I don't want to live into old age...I want to pass away while everyone loves and respects me."
The 18-year-old is said to be the warlord's "favourite" child and has served as Chechnya's head of security since April 2025.
He rose to prominence in November 2023, aged just 15, when a video circulated of him beating a prisoner who was accused of setting fire to the Koran.

Mr Kadyrov said Adam had "adult ideals of honour, dignity, and the defence of his religion" after the brutal assault.
Last year, the 18-year old is said to have married to a female relative of a high-ranking Chechen politician, however the identity the bride has not been disclosed.
There is speculation that his wife may be the granddaughter of State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, who would have been just 14 at the time of the wedding.
Vladimir Putin gave his blessing at the ceremony, saying: "I wish him, his wife, and your whole family all the best, happiness, health, and prosperity. Don't mistreat them, or they'll complain to me."
