Members of the Royal Family gathered in the royal box yesterday afternoon, to watch the Platinum Pageant which told the story of the Queen's 70-year reign.
The final celebrations kicked-off at 2.30pm, with visitors witnessing the appearance of the Gold State Coach, which featured a hologram of the Queen on the day of her coronation inside.
Over 10,000 people, including 6,000 performers and an array of stars, took part in the 3km pageant from the Palace of Westminster, along Whitehall to Admiralty Arch and down The Mall to Buckingham Palace and then St James's Park.
The Royal Family took to the limelight for one final time to witness the pageant which combined street arts, theatre, music, circus, carnival and costume.

Pictures snapped animated interactions between four-year-old Prince Louis and his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge. The young Prince cheered as the procession went past, and was later seen making faces at his mother.

On the final day of Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, one of the Queen's youngest great-grandchildren made his first public appearance at the pageant.
August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, the son of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, appeared on his parents lap in the royal box.
Princess Beatrice's stepson - whom she deems her "bonus son" - also made his first official public appearance alongside the Royal Family at the Platinum Jubilee Pageant yesterday.
Son of her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and and his ex, Dara Huang, Christopher Woolf Mapelli Mozzi, or "Wolfie", sat between his dad and stepmom Beatrice in the royal box.
The Queen made an appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace at the conclusion of the Jubilee Pageant.
Thrilling thousands of royal fans, Her Majesty said she was "humbled and deeply touched" by celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee, telling the nation she remains "committed to serving you to the best of my ability".
The 96-year-old monarch stood alongside Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis at the finale of the street pageant outside Buckingham Palace.
Her Majesty looked at ease on the balcony as she leaned on her stick, now a routine aid following her mobility issues.
The national anthem was then played, as celebrities including Sir David Jason, Harry Redknapp, Sir Cliff Richard, Sandie Shaw and Felicity Kendal joined in a mass rendition of God Save The Queen.
