Graham Linehan, who was arrested at Heathrow over his X posts, has urged the US Congress to show the Labour Government's "America's watching" over the implementation of the Supreme Court trans ruling.
The Irish comedian, who resides in the US, appeared before the US Congress today, slamming Sir Keir Starmer's Government for failing to implement the landmark ruling into real-life policy.
In April, the Supreme Court ruled that the term "women" refers to biological sex, rather than gender identity, leading to mass disgruntlement across Britain within the pro-trans community.
However, the Government has not yet published official guidance on the landmark decision, leaving women's rights campaigners up in arms over what this means for the safety of Britain's women and girls.

Addressing the representatives today on the matter, he said: "In Britain, we have discovered that you can have formal free speech and no free speech at all.
"I want everyone to understand that gender ideology and free speech cannot coexist. You can hear the lie in the very language.
"Trans woman meaning man. Trans man meaning woman. Trans healthcare meaning the opposite of health care.
"Trans rights, meaning men's, demands an ideology that tells lesbians they are bigoted for not accepting male partners. It is not progressive. It is homophobic."

"Use every diplomatic lever you have to pressure the British Government to implement its own Supreme Court ruling.
"Women just won a landmark case confirming that sex means biological sex.
"The guidance to enforce it has been written, and Minister for Women and Equalities has blocked it for months, calling it trans exclusive.
"If the British Government can ignore its own Supreme Court to appease gender activists, so can yours," Mr Linehan gravely warned.

"Please make sure, make it clear that America is watching," he pleaded.
During the US Congress's investigation into whether Europe poses a threat to the US and its citizens' constitutional right to free speech, Donald Trump's allies have previously ripped into Britain's free speech.
His allies openly declared Labour had "tried to silence" Mr Linehan, who was arrested by armed police upon arrival at Heathrow airport for three posts on X last September.
The report has set out that the writer was treated like a "political opponent" by Government Ministers, who attempted to censor his gender critical views.
After the controversial arrest, Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley argued free speech laws had forced officers into an "impossible situation".
America's growing concern over Britain's looming threat to free speech was reignited after Labour passed the Online Safety Act.
Last September, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage appeared before the judiciary committee to give evidence on these growing threats in the UK.
He cited the case of Lucy Connolly, a British mother who was thrown behind bars for 31 months after being accused of attempting to stir up racial hatred in the wake of the Southport stabbings.
