A woman who was arrested and charged for unfurling a Union Jack flag during a protest at a migrant hotel in Epping has vowed she "will not stop until the country is in a better state".
Speaking to GB News, Sarah White said she was "annoyed she didn't have her day in court" after the charges against her were dropped because she wanted to "show the establishment up for what they really are".
Ms White, 40, was due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court after being charged with failing to comply with the Section 14 order, designating where demonstrations could take place.
On Wednesday, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) dropped the case completely, citing a "lack of evidence".

Detailing the ordeal, Ms White told GB News host Patrick Christys: "They initially arrested me under Section 14. They totally abused their powers, and then I was charged with Section 11 and Section 12.
"I asked in the interview, for the benefit of the tape, 'could you read it out to me?', and they said that the 'march route was to take place from the Bell Hotel to the Civic Centre', and the moment they said that, I knew that there was nothing wrong, because the Civic Centre is the council offices, and it was the stairs of the Civic Centre that I hung the flag over."
Claiming it was a "brutal" arrest, Ms White recalled being left "bruised" and held in custody for 24 hours.
She recounted: "To be honest with you, it was an unlawful arrest and it was a brutal arrest as well. There were three police officers, I was covered in bruises, I had bruising all under my jaw where I'd got punched, and I had bruising all down my leg and all down my arm. The officer on one side was excessive.
"They took me to Grays, which is further away than where they should have taken me, and then I was kept for 24 hours, the maximum amount of time that they could keep me."

Expressing concern for the Epping Pink Ladies, a campaign group comprised of women that has shot to prominence in recent months, Ms White declared she "hasn't been silenced" despite what happened.
She said: "As far as I'm aware, what they was trying to do was send a message to any woman that wants to go out protesting. 'If we can arrest her and do that to her and be as forceful as we was, then you lot are going to toe the line'.
"At the moment in this country, women are rising and women are standing up, and that is encouraging more men to come out as well. Unfortunately for them, what they didn't take into account was I'm the wrong person to arrest because it didn't silence me."
Vowing to keep protesting and use her newfound platform to stand up for Britons, Ms White told GB News: "I took one for the team. If it had meant that I'd gone to prison, then so be it. I will not stop until this country is in a better state, and I would encourage all women to get out and protest and do what's right for the future generation."

Revealing that she has since joined right-wing political party Advance UK, Ms White said illegal immigration in Britain has taken the country to new depths.
She concluded: "People keep saying to me 'they're not all criminals'. No, they're not all criminals, but we don't know who they are. And let's not forget, they've broken into this country, they're undocumented, we don't know who they are and what they're capable of.
"And we've got our own criminals to contend with. Our own prisons are overrun, so we haven't got space for these people.
"And another thing that I'm campaigning for is if you can give funding to these undocumented men and allow them to live in lovely properties or four star hotels, then what is happening to our families with disabled children who are having their benefits stripped to every single term? That is something that surely everyone can agree on, whether you're left or right."
A spokesman for the Crown Prosecution Service told GB News: "This case was charged by the police and the material from the investigation was provided to us.
"Following a careful review of the case, we determined that our legal test for prosecution was not met and have subsequently discontinued both charges."
