Home Office immigration papers changed his titles from Mr to Miss after the surgery.

The patient posted a celebratory message on social media under a new name, a feminine version of the old one.

He received free consultations and care at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital - where 40 per cent of patients miss their 18-week treatment target.

The Filipino patient received the surgery, however, at private clinic.

The surgery is believed to have cost in the tens of thousands of pounds.

Reform UK's Robert Jenrick branded the news a "slap in the face to millions of Brits on NHS waiting lists".

GB News star Dr Renee Hoenderkamp, meanwhile, said: "This shouldn’t be happening on the NHS.

"I have patients waiting for hip replacements, knee surgery - procedures they need to work and to get on with their lives," she told The Sun.

Adults diagnosed with gender dysphoria can receive surgery through the NHS if they have lived their lives as their preferred gender for at least a year.

The revelations come just days after GB News revealed Britain has seen a dramatic spike in the number of asylum seekers receiving taxpayer-funded social care.

Between 2024 and 2025, Britons spent £744million on the services - branded a "catastrophic waste of money" by critics.

Days earlier, it emerged that 168,730 migrants aged 16 and over were enrolled on taxpayer-funded English language courses over the same period.

The Government has moved to shut down some excessive spending on overseas arrivals - a ban on asylum seekers using taxis to travel to GP appointments came into force last week after taxpayers were hit with a £15million bill.

In one case, an asylum seeker was found to have charged the Home Office £600 for a 250-mile trip for a medical.

Last year, it was revealed £15.8million was being spent each year on cab costs.
