Vivienne Taylor has pleaded guilty to stalking and threatening

A trans woman has pleaded guilty to stalking and threatening the nurse that carried out their gender reassignment surgery in 2021.

Vivienne Taylor hammered the NHS with over a dozen freedom of information requests in order to find personal information on the surgeon, named Tina Rashid, such as her salary and contact details, the Daily Mail reports.

Taylor even turned up at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where Dr Rashid specialises in surgery for trans women, on multiple occasions with fake appointments.

It is also being said the 28-year-old "bombarded" the surgeon with emails threatening to "batter" her.

Taylor is said to have been keenly interested in pursuing a career in gender reassignment surgery, and also claimed to have started medical school after completing a course in aesthetics, a type of cosmetic medicine.

The obsession began in 2021 during Taylor's own gender reassignment surgery, with Prosecutor Jonathan Bryan telling Westminster Magistrates Court alarm bells were first raised when it was noticed there was a "large number of photographs of the surgeon" on Taylor's phone.

Mr Bryan also added Taylor had made the surgeon a cake to say thank you for the procedure.

Then, it turned sinister. Taylor was discharged from hospital but returned shortly after suffering "complications" that were believed to be "self-inflicted".

Taylor insisted to be "treated by the same surgeon" and "threatened to kill herself" if that wasn't the case.

Taylor even took to social media during the stalking period, threatening anybody who "underestimates me".

"People tend to underestimate me and it's a foolish mistake to make. I can be the kindest, most helpful and hospitable girl but if you screw me over, I'll be your worst nightmare. So don't f*** me over," Taylor wrote.

Dr Rashid then left London, where Taylor had been living, and believed the nightmare situation to be over. But last year, the surgeon returned to the city and Taylor picked right back up where it was left.

More emails were sent, a LinkedIn friend request followed and then Taylor turned up at the hospital once more in May.

The court heard that Taylor then turned up for five false appointment. "She was requesting to be under the complainant's care team," Mr Bryan said.

"Later that month, she went to the hospital saying she had an appointment with the complainant."

Taylor would then send the surgeon a threatening email at the start of November.

In the email, Taylor said she "would batter her and s**g her partner", the prosecutor told the court, according to The Standard.

Taylor, who has suffered mental health breakdowns and claims to have returned to London to escape domestic abuse, admitted stalking causing serious alarm or distress at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday.

There will be a sentencing hearing at a later date and Taylor will undergo a psychological assessment ahead of the hearing.
